Life Skills, Financial Literacy & Wellness

Building connection, confidence, and belonging

Why It Matters

Practical skills build independence. Financial knowledge builds opportunity. Wellness builds resilience.

Together, these tools empower young people to make informed choices, manage challenges, and approach adulthood with confidence and preparedness.

Life Skills, Financial Literacy & Wellness focuses on practical knowledge and emotional well-being. Youths learn essential life skills, financial responsibility, and strategies to support mental and emotional health. By combining education with open conversation, these programs help young people build healthy habits, independence, and informed decision-making skills.

Life Skills, Financial Literacy & Wellness equips Black youths with the practical tools and emotional awareness they need to navigate everyday life with confidence and independence.

This program focuses on real-world skills that are often not taught in traditional settings, from managing money and understanding financial systems to flourishing mental and emotional well-being. Our sessions are designed to be interactive, age-appropriate, and grounded in lived experience.

By creating space for honest conversations and skill-building, we help youths develop healthy habits, resilience, and informed decision-making skills that support long-term success.
