Through exposure to Black professionals, community leaders, and guided coaching conversations, this program area supports youths as they explore their interests, strengths, and future pathways. Coaching is used as a development tool to help young people reflect, set goals, and build self-awareness alongside traditional mentorship.

Our approach emphasizes personal journeys, shared experiences, and intentional guidance. Youths are encouraged to ask questions, process challenges, and develop leadership skills in ways that feel authentic and age-appropriate.
